Late Registration Fee:
$65 after September 25, 2026 (Full Conference)
$60 after September 25, 2026 (One Day Registration)

Please note: Meal selections must be purchased during the early registration period. Meal tickets will not be available after September 25, 2026.

During registration, all attendees may purchase tickets for:

– Thursday: Board Dinner (open to all conference attendees) – $66.00
– Friday: Florida State Night Dinner – $68.00
– Saturday: Luncheon Meeting – $45.00
– Saturday: Southern Region Banquet – $65.00
– Sunday: Breakfast & Closing General Session – $40.00

Meal tickets are optional and may be selected individually during registration.

Optional Tour, Service Project, and Juniors’ Event

On Friday, October 23, there are two optional daytime activities and one optional evening activity. It is possible for you to participate in both the service project and Sweet Pete’s Candy Tour.

Sweet Pete’s Candy Tour and Lunch: (11:00AM – 1:00PM)
Located inside a 23,000-square-foot historic 3-story mansion in downtown Jacksonville, Sweet Pete’s Candy offers a guided behind-the-scenes look at one of the largest candy shops in the United States.

Tour Highlights:

Confectionery Craft: Watch live demonstrations of chocolate tempering and candy making through giant viewing windows into the candy kitchen.

History & Insights: Learn about the history of chocolate, the background of the business, and the story of the landmark 1903 building.

Sweet Tasting & Treats: Sample handcrafted chocolates and explore three floors stocked with over 1,000 varieties of specialty and nostalgic treats.

The tour includes lunch, a hands-on sweet treat project, and time to browse the gift shop for delicious treats to purchase and take home. The Sweet Pete’s Candy Tour is limited to 100 participants. First come, first served – completed registration form and payment must be received to be placed on the participant list.

Feeding Northeast Florida: (8:30AM – 10:30AM and 1:30PM – 3:30PM)
The service project with Feeding Northeast Florida offers a hands-on, high-impact volunteer experience centered on community hunger relief.

Volunteers can expect a fast-paced, collaborative warehouse or outdoor environment requiring comfortable, closed-toe shoes, leaving with a direct understanding of how food rescue combats local hunger. Each session is limited to 40 participants. First come, first served—a completed registration form and payment must be received to be placed on the participant list.

Juniors’ Fun Night — In It to Win It: (Friday Evening)
Join the GFWC Florida Juniors for an evening of laughter, friendly competition, and fellowship. Test your skills in a variety of quick and entertaining challenges while making memories with fellow clubwomen. Whether you’re competing or cheering from the sidelines, it’s sure to be a fun-filled night!

Proceeds from this event will benefit GFWC Florida Juniors Special Project, Royally Served.
