Our Leadership
GFWC Florida is guided by an elected Executive Committee and Junior Executive Committee serving two-year terms. The current administration was installed during the 2026 Annual Convention in Orlando. These women set the direction for statewide programs, advocate on behalf of Florida’s 171 clubs, and represent GFWC Florida at the international level.

Florida is organized into 14 districts, each led by a District Director and, in most districts, a Junior District Director. Together they help connect local clubs with the statewide federation, support communication throughout the state, and can assist with general questions and connections to clubs within their district.
