FUNDRAISING FLOP!

Contact your state Fundraising Chairman, Libby Sewell (ehsewell@comcast.net), with a brief description of a fundraiser that your club had that FLOPPED! We will be reviewing these at the Fundraising Workshop at Fall Board and award a fabulous prize for the club brave enough to admit their failure. Remember, we all learn from each other and sharing the “bad” is just as important as sharing the good things that happen in our clubs. Please include club name and a contact person that may be contacted by state chairman.

Has your club ever had a Fundraiser that "Flopped"? Did you spend a lot of time and energy and wind up with little "cash"? Come to the Fundraising Workshop and hear about clubs who had this experience and find out what YOU can do to avoid having a Fundraising Flop.

Are you too shy to admit it? One club did so come on, let’s figure out what could have been done….we know you’re out there?

Members put a lot of time and effort into fundraisers, but they do not always produce anywhere equal to the amount of work.....

Please also remember to pack one or two non-perishable food items for the Friday night dinner centerpiece on your table!   Second Harvest Food Bank will have someone there to accept our donations...let's show them what federated club women can do to help fight hunger here in Florida!

Florida Clubwoman will sign up new subscribers who will proudly wear this pin to show they signed up and paid. Be sure to get yours if you are not already a subscriber. Keep up with Federation news!
